Brazilian Rodizo is an all-you-can-eat style restaurant service in Brazilian restaurants (also refers to a Brazilian steakhouse).
Customers pay a fixed price (preço fixo), and waiters bring samples of food to their table until they can’t handle anymore!
In this episode we visit HS&CO for some churrascarias, wherby servers come to the table with knives and a skewer, on which are speared various kinds of quality cuts of meat, most commonly local cuts of beef, chicken and sometimes exotic meats.
The special, mouth-watering menu for the evening included Picanha (Sirloin), widely considered to be the ‘finest’ cut of meat throughout Brazil.
Also available was the Alcatra (Rump), Costela de Carneiro (tender lamb ribs), Figado de Galinha (rich chicken liver) and Brazilian-style Chicken Wings.
Whilst sampling the finest slow-roasted meats, we indulged in a selection of gourmet salads, rice, beans and authentic Brazilian sides to accompany the succulent meats.
